By using True Launch Bar, you speed up the launching of your applications like never before.

rue Launch Bar has many flexible settings. You may configure just the way you like it. The "Auto popup menus on mouse hover" option (with adjustable time) allows you to run shortcuts with one click. In the right-click menu you can find other options for True Launch bar and access to the Settings dialog.

Start Killer v3.0

Start Killer removes the Start button from your taskbar. When you run Start Killer it remove the Start button from taskbar and give you additional space on taskbar, when you close Start Killer the Start button is again shows.

Though the Start Button is removed, you can still open Start Menu using CTRL+ESC or WIN key. StartKiller place icon into system tray. Right-click on icon to close StartKiller or to open Settings dialog. You can remove icon from system tray. In this case use CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+F12 to open settings dialog box.

Start Killer is free, you can use this utility as you want.

I recommend to use StartKiller together with True Launch Bar to forget about Start Menu

Flyakite OS X is a transformation pack for Windows XP, which changes the complete look and feel of Windows XP into the style of Mac OS X. In addition to the appearance of the windows, it also changes the start menu and most XP icons, the boot screen, screensaver, and many critical system files.^[1] Since version 3.5 released on February 25, 2006, no new versions have appeared.

 

Features

The current version of this pack is version 3.5 and has a download size of 30MB.^[3] It changes hundreds of Windows system files in the installation. An uninstallation file is also available. For safety, a restore point in Windows is set, that restores all of the changed system files, in case the installation or the uninstallation fails. Completed transformation is about 200MB and should be fully reversible (however, usually some things remain).
